Sorry to hear your Mac makes problems. Normally, I'd advise you to get real logs (see http://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging and look for Mac), but it seems even your Console Log might indicate the issue:

Make sure you have access to all files and folders Logos needs to run. Maybe the Mac-guys here on the forum can even tell you how.
i cleared the log and tried again this is what appears

Logos has been working fine on this computer for years. Just now it has stopped.
When I clip the icon in the dock, or the application in Applications, the icon bounces 10 times, a black dot appears below the icon for about 2 seconds, then nothing else happens.
