Factbook Scrolling Slow - Mac

I am experiencing slow scrolling in a Factbook Panel on a Mac. All other aspects of the layout are very responsive. Has anyone else experienced this type of issue?

I may need to invoke the logos log utility and report a problem but before I do that, I wanted to check with the forum community.

I found that resizing the panel to about 1/3 of the screen real estate that performance is improved. It seems that if it below a certain size in a layout, I begin to experience the stuttering scrolling behavior. 

Will learn to live with it.
