Error on an HTTPS site

Our site switches to (and stays on) HTTPS when a user logs in.

RefTagger stops working on HTTPS, the reason being that the api.reftagger.com domain has a certificate that is only valid for *.logos.com. Browsers see this as a security breach and refuse to load the .js file.

Is RefTagger over https officially supported?

Yes, reftagger over https is officially supported; we missed applying that particular certificate when moving traffic to new servers, and it has now been fixed. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
