BUG: error in reference box in Passage Guide

1. Open Charlesworth, James H. The Old Testament Pseudepigrapha and the New Testament: Expansions of the "Old Testament" and Legends, Wisdom, and Philosophical Literature, Prayers, Psalms and Odes, Fragments of Lost Judeo-Hellenistic Works. Vol. 2. New Haven;  London: Yale University Press, 1985. To Psalm 153.

2. Select translation heading and open context menu.

3. Select Psalm 153 on the right side; Passage Guide on left side; PG opens to reference OTP Psalm 153

4. Note that under the alternative reference, the Passage Guide is not an option

5. BUG: Try to enter OTP Psalm 153 into a Passage Guide manually - you can't. Expected behavior: one should be able to create any valid Passage Guide references manually. It should not be necessary to go through the right click menu.
