Clicking a scripture reference only shows the first verse

One of the huge gains with reading a book within Logos is the ability to quickly show references.  That said, it is aggravating how a scripture reference will only show the first verse.  For instance, if the reference is to Matt 6:1-5, it will only show verse 1 of the reference.  The software has many times showed me a very long footnote that came up in a window that scrolled.  Why can't the same interface be used for verses so the entire reference is shown?
