I'm having to reinstall Logos 6 on a new computer due to having dropped the old one and crashing the hard disk. The computer is provided by my employer and is configured identically to the old one, both on a hardware and software level (they distribute them with a custom-imaged hard drive) - its a Hewlett Packard Elite book 2760p.
The problem is this - I successfully downloaded and installed the core engine, opened it and it started downloading resources. Only it doesn't get far. It will download for anywhere from 15 seconds to a few minutes and then I get an error message that says "Logos 6 Indexer has stopped working". There's an option to "view program details". I did that, and here's what I get:

I have restarted the process at least 30 times this afternoon and have so far dowloaded less than 500 MB out of a 11.65 GB download.
What to do next?
