Psalms Explorer Not showing bubbles

My Psalms explorer floating window comes up but my bubbles are no where to be found, any Help would be great?

I am having the same problem. Using Logos 6.14 on Mac, suddenly the Psalms explorer is not working - Any advice??

Please provide more details regarding what is not working.

And I would recommend upgrading to Logos 7. You can do this for free at https://www.logos.com/product/136022/basic
