[resolved] Faithlife Groups Tool Issue

When I open the Groups Tool and go to the Documents tab, no documents actually load, even though the web interface confirms that documents are actually attached to the group. Instead, the Groups Tool only says 'Loading..."

I also am experiencing this. Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone have a solution?

I can't reproduce this issue with my groups (and my network connection), but that may not speak much to Nick and Lew's situations.
It may have been due to network connectivity on one end or the other, or other processes running on the machine at the time. I know that real-time virus scanners in particular tend to interfere. If it continues to be a repeatable problem even on a clean machine, post back here, or contact tech support.
