Bug: Factbook not returning the right media images

I opened the Factbook to the Marriage topic, and got two completely unrelated images. Searching media for marriage worked correctly.
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

I've also noted several instances like this, and filed a case last week.
