Wrong version displayed on my "About Logos Bible Software" page

I suspect this is some sort of a glitch (and may have been discussed already, but I pop in and out of the forums and would have missed it), but where I expect to find "Reformed Diamond v6" there is displayed "Reformed Diamond v5 (HJ)." I did upgrade last fall to Logos 6 Reformed Diamond and, as far as I know, have all the resources, so nothing seems amiss. I'm just curious about this.

The Tech Support Information says "Logos Bible Software 6.0b SR-2."

Does anyone have an explanation? Thanks.

This is a long standing issue, and Faithlife should either list EVERY package the user owns or none at all.

There really is no significance to what is listed there, so (as hard as it is) don't worry about it.

Yes, I have L6 Platinum, but Logos reports I have L5 Platinum. I understand showing the highest package regardless of vintage, but with equivalent packages, it should show the L6 one.

That's my thinking as well, Mark. I cannot fathom why the latest version, especially if it is also the highest package that one has purchased, is not displayed.

I can't even find mine. I see a column filled with features and their version numbers but no base packages.

After L6 Gold I acquired L6 Sda. It now shows Portfolio GK.

Lynden - I think you have misunderstood the problem. When users have "higher" or "equivalent" base packages from a previous version, the earlier one shows... which is unexpected. Since you have a higher package now (portfolio), it is expected to show and it is! Your situation isn't the same as what the rest are reporting... or have I misunderstood somehow?

Maybe their algorythm is counting books purchased in a package (dynamic pricing). Like ST, I'm a nothing. I even lost my crossgrade credentials.

I think I read ( as a result of complaints from the launch of L5) Logos displays the highest package. Mine was showing Platinum (acquired under L5) after acquiring L6 Gold.

I initially had L3 Gold (?), then L4 Gold, then L5 Platinum and subsequently upgraded to L5 Reformed Diamond. Soon thereafter I upgraded to L6 Reformed Diamond. As I said in the OP, Logos is saying I have L5 Reformed Diamond. It's not a huge issue since everything works fine. I am just curious as to why the latest version doesn't display if the base package has the same name.
