Clipping Indicator in Resource?

I've searched around but haven't found a response on this. When you create clippings from a particular resource, does an indicator show in that resource that a clipping was created, similar to the way a note would be indicated?

I'm starting to use clippings more now, but as I go through my resource, I can't tell if a clipping was added or not, unless I go to that clipping document and it pulls up a listing of the clippings. In essence, I'd like a clipping marker/indicator showing that a clip was made for that resource/selection. When you make a highlight or note, it shows up in the resource. 

Any ideas?

Currently you can't do this.
