Trying to use visual copy this morning and it keeps telling me that "Some templates were unavailable. Retry." Yes, I have rebooted and no success.
Visual copy works from the faithlife servers... Looks like a problem there, unless your computer wasn't connected to the internet (or you had 'use internet' turned off)
Appreciate the response and it was something I considered as a source of the problem; however, internet was working and I don't turn it off on my Logos. It seems to be working now.
