The NASB in paragraph form would be of real benefit to me at least.
The NASB indicates pericopes, which are similar to paragraphs, by bolding the verse number. In cases where current opinion prefers to start the pericope in the middle of a verse, the first letter of the first word is bolded. The NASB also separates sections with a blank line, and this also provides a kind of paragraph effect. I personally don't see any reason for a paragraph presentation. It is a conceit of modernity that paragraphs are "truer" than verses. Neither is part of the original texts, where the words were packed like sardines on the page.
Thank you for your input, David. I'm aware of how the NASB is set up.
