When I open the passage guide it says I have no journals or no ability to search my journals. the problme is I have tons of them. What could be the problem?
1. You can search your journals through the Search tool independent of the passage Guide feature.
2. The journals that appear in the Journal section are journal with their articles tagged as being about the passage not merely referencing the passage. Not all journals are tagged yet. What journals do you own.
3. What level of Logos 6 are you running? I don't recall if this feature is available in all cases.

I am having the same problem with "The Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society" I just bought today. If there is no solution that will suck.
Did you let it index? If so and you are still having troubles, please create a new thread. Provide appropriate details (i.e. version number, platform, screen shots, logs, etc.)
What version of L6 are you running? What platform? I know there was a bug affecting searches... don't know if it is fixed or if this is related.
The collections section can show results for journals that reference a passage.
Now you've got all journals that reference your passage in one list.
Thanks Ryan. The point I was trying to make, less than clearly, was that the Collections section is based on any reference to the passage while the Journal section is based on being tagged as about the passage. A point implicit in your instructions.
