Deborah,
in this same forum, another user welcomed you and pointed out that this site is not for general theological discussion (Faithlife provides for such at http://christiandiscourse.com ) but for discussion of Logos software and resources.
If you are a Logos user and want to enquire about ways to find resources regarding the question you try to research, please give us some information about your library (which base package or other sets of resources / commentaries do you have) so we can come back to you with ideas how to use Logos to find out about that topic.
Hope this helps,
Mick
Giving the benefit of the doubt, perhaps this post is not intended as theological discourse, but as a person asking how to use Logos to research this question. If so it is an excellent question.
I have tried a few searches and not come up with anything useful, though my libray probably has a lot on the subject.
Maybe limit the search to theology books.
Try a topic search.
The searches a person might readily try...
"God change"
God BEFORE change
God NEAR "change mind"
God WITHIN 3 WORDS change
largetext:God NEAR change
None of these are very productive.
Logos 6 Milestone search may be useful:
(change,relent) WITHIN {Milestone <Bible Ex 32>}
Commentaries offer variety of views.

Unless I narrow things way down it crashes Logos! But a good idea with interesting results! Thanks.

Maybe the word 'change' would not be in the text.
Maybe the 'change' would be noted by something like 'from now on' or 'henceforth'?
After the flood God allowed the eating of flesh. Did He change or just allow 'new' things because of other changes?
How to do the search belongs here [IMHO] but the discussion [Does God change] belongs elsewhere.
Does God change his mind in the Old Testament (Exodus 32; Numbers 23; 1 Samuel 15; and other related OT texts)?
If He wants to. It really depends on what you mean by "change His mind". Does He do things differently from one point in time to another? Yes. Did He always plan to do things that way? Yes.
