My Library is missing!

Hi there. Logos 4 on Win XP Prof SP3 and my PC is connected to the internet.
Yesterday night I have worked on a study I am busy with. I have saved the layout and notes to continue at office today.
I have also changed my computer's RAM from 1 to 2Gig. Apart from that, nothing changed.
I have now discovered that all my resources are missing. My Library shows the quantity of 400 books with all the front pages, but when I click on anyone, it says "Resource Missing". Under Tools, Biblical People, Biblical Places and Biblical Things are also greyed out.
All I have done to try and resolve this, was:
Rebuild Index (Did not work)
Started Logos 4 with Ctrl-key held in.
I will be very glad if you can help me to have everything as it should be.

It sounds like something got corrupted when you changed out your memory. I'm going to suggest some folders to delete with Logos off. After you delete each folder restart Logos, wait for it to rebuild the file and see if that fixes your problem. Also, please load your log files (from starting L4 with the Ctrl key) so they can be examined (grab them before you start deleting, Logos only keeps logs from the last session). Finally, I'm going to give you file paths for Win 7, adjust for XP and your current install
C:\Users\Kevin\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\wcuvsvj0.qyo\LicenseManager [will require internet connection to rebuild]]
C:\Users\Kevin\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\wcuvsvj0.qyo\LibraryCatalog
While you're in there just check that your resource folder has all of its books in there (C:\Users\Kevin\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\wcuvsvj0.qyo\ResourceManager\Resources)I hope this works for you.

Hi there and thank you both for the replies.
Before reading your replies, I uninstalled Logos4 and installed again. Fortunately I try to keep an updated backup on my external hard drive. I installed, switch off internet, started Logos while holding Ctrl key, put "scan <address to external drive>, shut down and re-started Logos. Everything is good now. Thanx again for your help.

Glad your problem is resolved! I didn't want to suggests a reinstall because of how involved it is unless you have a backup of book files!
