After the latest download I ran the installer and got this message "The installation of the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 did not suceed

I see that you created a new thread to post logs. In the future, please post the logs in the same thread.

The logs are puzzling as the Windows user name is clearly not yours and the installation is Logos 5.2b SR-8 (this is the Logos 6 forum). If I assume the "latest download" is an update to SR-9 then install .NET 4.5.2 direct from Microsoft and then the update should succeed when you restart Logos.
Then consider upgrading (free!) to the Logos 6 Core engine!
