I switched from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1. Everything in Logos seems to be working fine except for video content. I get the message below anytime I try to play a video. This is true for DIY and MobileEd videos
Most likely an internet setting, either firewall or default browser setting. I had this issue and had to use Internet explorer as default browser in order to watch my mobile-ed videos (after quite a lengthy tech support phone call).
when I had this problem, it was because of a directx incompatibility. suggest verifying that you have the latest video drivers.
I do have the most recent drivers.
I am currently using Chrome. I'll try switching to IE and see if that helps

It was a Windows firewall issue. Thanks for the suggestion James
It was a Windows firewall issue.
Can you provide more details on this and how you fixed it? (By knowing what you changed, we may be able to use the same technique to help other customers affected with the same problem.)
I was getting the message shown in the screen shot in the OP. To fix it I added Logos to the list of apps that are allowed to communicate through the firewall. Logos was not originally shown in this list.
