BUG: imported bible notes now showing up in my bible

I have several note files that are linked to the biblical text, and none of the notes are showing up in the biblical text.  Here is one example.

Please attach the original LDLS 3 notes files so we can investigate further.

Scott, because the note file has copyright material, I am not going to post the file.  Is there another way to get the file to Logos?
