BUG: Clicking link from OneNote in Mac launches "You don't have a license to view this resource"

When placing links in OneNote (from copy location as URL), and then clicking them, I get a window in Logos that says, "You Don't Have a License to View This Resource"
Specifically if I put logosres:questgod;ref=Page.p_125;off=14 in OneNote (a resource that I own). I click on it and Logos launches and brings up a window that says:
Clicking on the link takes me to https://www.logos.com/resources/questgod%3bref%3dPage.p%20125%3boff%3d14 where it says "We're Sorry! We couldn't find that resource."

Out of curiosity, what happens if you remove the offset from the link?

It appears that OneNote is incorrectly replacing ";" in the URI with "%3b". As per RFC 3986, "URIs that differ in the replacement of a reserved character with its corresponding percent-encoded octet are not equivalent", which explains why it's not working in Logos.
I'm guessing that this is a OneNote on Mac bug (since I haven't heard anyone report this bug from Windows).
Long-term, this will probably be fixed by switching to HTTP links (https://community.logos.com/forums/t/66752.aspx), since most Mac programs seem unable to handle custom links correctly.

MSFT products seem to always have a problem with custom links.I'm guessing that this is a OneNote on Mac bug (since I haven't heard anyone report this bug from Windows).

As do Apple products, such as Pages and Keynote. The common factor seems to be... Mac OS X. [:P]

Wrong again, Romeo. Your love affair with MSFT is misplaced. [:P]. As you can see in my screen shots, I can add a logosres hyperlink. It maintains its format, and I can click it to open Logos and the resource to the right location.
