Where is the FTP site?

I just tried to access the FTP site that carried all the L3 files and I got a "cannot display the webpage" message. I hope this is something that can be resolved. I'm pretty sure Bob said that the FTP site wouldn't go away. I haven't used it recently, but I have a lot of files I need to download.

Another thread about this just a month ago. No resolution reported. It is not loading for me either.
