Reading Plan Sync issues

I am running Logos 6.1.0.0024 (Windows) on my desktop.  I have 2 android devices, both running Bible 4.5.0. My HTC One S phone runs Android 4.1.1.  My Nexus 7 tablet runs Android 5.0.1.

I have 11 reading plans on my desktop, 10 of which are "standard" (not Logos 6) plans.

All 10 of them show up on my phone. All 10 show up on Biblia (all 11 actually). But, only 5 of the plans show up on my tablet.  (The reading plan documents are not available on the documents tab and the plans don't show up on the home screen).

I have had these kind of problems for a long time.  When I make a reading plan on the desktop, it might show up on the tablet, or on the phone, or both.  It might take a couple days or even a week before the plan shows up.  If I use the "adjust plan from here" feature on the desktop or either device, the changes might or might not appear on the other devices.

It probably doesn't help that I live in the country and my internet access blinks in and out periodically.  

But is there anything I can do to get my plans syncing more consistently?

Reading plans work well with a solid network connection.  You might try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your Nexus 7 while there is a good network available and see if your plans appear (I expect they will).  There is nothing Android 5.x or Nexus 7 specific that would prevent your plans from appearing, although if the network connection is irregular it might cause the issue you are seeing.
