Bible! app: Reading Plans MIssing from Home page
I have an iphone 5S, latest version of ios, latest version of Vyrso and Bible!, Logos 6 (free upgrade).
VYRSO: The Home page on Vyrso shows "Today's Readings" reading plans. If I close the app and restart it or delete the app and reinstall it, "Today's Readings" still shows the reading plans as it should. If I create a new reading plan on the desktop, it will show up in Vyrso immediately.
BIBLE!: This is not true of Bible! app. If I close the app and restart it, the reading plans under "Today's Readings" are no longer listed. In fact, there is no indication that I have ever created any readings plans. If I create a new reading plan, it still will not show up in Bible!
The only way I can get the reading plans to show up under "Today's Readings" is to uninstall Bible! app and then reinstall it. Then, if for some reason I have to close the app and reopen it, the reading plans will have disappeared again.
They still show up under Documents on both the desktop and the iPhone. If I go to the bible (KJV) the indicators are there showing me where to start reading and where to stop.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Please note: This is not a new problem. It existed before I upgraded to Logos 6 or the latest version of the two apps.
Thank You in advance to anyone who can help solve this problem.

When Reading Plans are missing try tapping the "+" sign to the right of "Today's Readings". Then Select "Bible Reading Plan" and see if the readings appear there. If so, select them (one at a time) and they should reappear on your homepage.
This happens to me on occasions and I have never been able to find out why

LPH,
Obviously there is something wrong but we haven't yet tracked down the issue. There is one other customer that we've seen this very same issue with but these are the only two reports. I'll talk with the dev team tomorrow about it - I apologize for the inconvenience but am glad you can still use another of our apps to still continue with your Reading Plans.

Then I'm the third. When opening the app the spinning wheel is starting but the reading plans is not downloaded to the devices.

LPH,
Can you send us the support info from both the Logos and Vyrso apps to help us track down this issue?

Kevin,
Yes I can send the support info. Do I send the info to mobilesupport at faithlife.com?

Please use the default email address entered by the app. If you open the Help page and tap on "Report a Problem" it should automatically fill in the correct email.

I sent the files. They said they were aware of the problem and were working to fix it ASAP. They said that, hopefully, it will be fixed in the next update. This is good news.

Ebbe,
Your issue is a different one than the other two reports, it appears it has more to do with the Swedish language of the resource. Can you view all of your reading plans on documents.logos.com?

I have a similar problem. I created a reading plan on Logos for Mac, it shows online at Logos.com and on the Mac App, but it doesn't show on my iPad or iPhone...

What version of the app are you using? The current version is 4.5.0.

If you are "up to date" with your software, what resource are you using? Is it "mobile enabled"?

Yes, I can view all of my reading plans on documents.logos.com and I can use all of them in Logos 6. In the iOS app I can see and use all of my reading plans except for the custom reading plans.
But there is some BUGs in the "regular" reading plans conserning the next reading marks, and the mark as read mark:

Kevin seemed to be suggesting that the issue you were seeing related to the resource being in Swedish.
Please clarify which of your reading plans (custom / non-custom) are for Swedish resources and which for non-Swedish.
Trying to understand whether there is any correlation here.

Can you view all of them in List view, i.e. tap on the reading plan and then tap on List to show all of the readings?
