Hi, I would like to know how to copy text, generally bible text, with out both the numbers (i.e., chap1 v4) and the added text. Some times i get strange letters. I just want to copy the text only - no extras.

Have you tried the "Copy Bible Verses" tool - https://wiki.logos.com/Copy_Bible_Verses
Try playing with some of the options there and see if it gives you what you want.
