When I open Logos 6, and click on the Home Page icon, it opens up to the first page.
Nevertheless, it will not let me advance to earlier pages nor scroll down on the scroll bar.
Any thoughts?

I'm not sure what you are asking... but L6 eliminates "pages" on the home page in lieu of a scrollable page. You should be able to use a mouse scroll wheel or trackpad to scroll.
Does the scroll bar appear and is just non-responsive? Could you maybe post a screenshot?
It usually appears, but I can't scroll by using the scroll bar or the Page Down key.
I switched it to just give me a blank page when I log on, but now when I clicked the Home key it just gives me a black screen.

What about a scroll wheel on your mouse? Did you try scrolling in both directions (up and down)?
