When I opened Logos today all of my shortcuts have disappeared. Any ideas how this happened? Is there a way to get them back?

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
When you say "shortcuts" do you mean shortcuts in the toolbar at the top of the Logos window, your Favorites or something else?
And this may need someone from Logos support to look at it so I suggest you don't do anything with Logos until you have contacted them. Details are at https://www.logos.com/contact
