COMPLAINT: Tool bars get too crowded and buttons disappear

Note that the command box has become unusable.  The shortcuts have become inaccessible as have the shortcuts.  On the left panel, the Visual Filters and Parallel Resources buttons have simply vanished.  Every other program on Windows and Linux I have ever seen has dealt with toolbars not fitting by having a button overflow pulldown.

 

Are there any plans to do something like this? Surely WPF does this (like pretty much every other toolkit in the world).

Both on tabs AND (I'd say especially) in the ribbion... 

I'd like the ribbion to be manually sized (so I can see/use all my buttons and see my ribbion resources)

(ohh I do miss L3... sometimes)
