Free Book of the Month Contest and Chrome for Mac

I'm trying to enter the free book of the month contest on Chrome for Mac. I'm getting this error message:

Cookies Disabled

Sorry, your browser seems to be blocking third-party cookies

Do I need to tweak a cookie setting in Chrome? I'm still fairly trying to learn Chrome.
