BUG: Bookmarks section in Favorites doesn't save its state in layout

I like to have the Bookmarks collapsed when I have my Favorites window open:

But when my layout is reloaded, the Bookmarks section is always expanded:

    Update:  This will be fixed in 4.0b Beta 6.
