Okay folks -the collection has 3 Bibles ... I opened it after the Passage Comparison to verify. In the Text Comparison tool I set the translations to that collection ... but on Bible is missing in the comparison.

The Newe Bible doesn't have verse numbers (so no associated milestones) which I guess is explaining what is happening here.
You see something similar if you do a Milestone search
Off topic: in the screenshot, is the result for v.17 a bug? And <> And but to=til ?
If you turn on "Show base text" I think it shows what is going on
On the left hand Bible there is a preceding ' before "And" and the "to" is present in both, there is an extra "til" on the left
