Non-related Notes Documents are showing in monographs Visual Filter menu

This is on Logos 6.2 beta 1 on Windows 8.1 (and the same is true on 6.1)

As per https://community.logos.com/forums/p/101866/704778.aspx#704778 Visual Filters for notes documents are shown for monographs when they have no relationship to that resource.

This doesn't seem to be the case for Bibles.

Is this expected behaviour or is this a bug?

The ONLY note file which should be showing is "30 – The Good and Beautiful God"
