From ESV and NASB, if I click on a word and select info... Half the time this comes up blank. If I get info and then want to do a word study, it always crashes.

I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it crashes even more constantly. I cannot even read a simple passage...

Well, Its hard to say. The crashing is intermittent and with no apparent logic. I opened to the ESV this time and I can read it, I try to change to the "summarized bible" and I get "Unfortunately, Bible has stopped."
Opened it again and tried to open to the NET bible, and it crashed again.
As it stands today, this app is completely unusable, unless I stay within the ESV and don't touch anything else, or use any other resources. Even then its a gamble.
Guess I need to switch to the released version if I'm to get anything done?

Important update... Some of these crashes may be linked to the "Split Screen Crash" being reported by others in this forum. The Word lookup bug still persists, but if I turn off the splitscreen the other crashes go away.

Bummer, this hasn't been fixed - I was just able to reproduce it. I've written up another case.
