Ibid. expectations - suggestion and request for information

I had reason to become curious as to how "ibid" was being tagged in new resources. The led to questions/suggestions.

Case one:

Here the initial reference is linked correctly to the CCC 111. The ibid at the bottom is correctly linked to GIRM 91. However the ibid in the middle (arrow) is linked to nothing. With the initial reference underlined in red this isn't a problem ... but generally it can be difficult to find the relevant link. I would have expected it to be linked to GIRM 111 or to the reference in this text. Instead there is no hint of what the target of the link is. The Information Panel only translates the abbreviation; the Power Lookup Panel does provide the information one you identify your (invisible) position and therefore the prior reference. Something as simple as adding the ibid  as ibid to the Power Lookup would make tracing the reference much easier.

Corrected in edit ... originally posted as if connected to the CCC which was a perfect example of the type of user error I'm hoping to eliminate.

Case 2:

This case is much nastier because the initial reference to the Old Roman Office is not linked (blue arrow). My preference is, of course, that rather than no link the initial reference have a dummy link that would go live whenever I purchase the yet-to-be-offered Old Roman Office resource. However, I would be satisfied if the ibid's merely pointed back to the original reference in this resource or merely repeated the referenced resource name.

Which brings me to a final question -- what level of support for ibid am I supposed to expect on new resources?

I would tend to suspect that (ibid.) would reference (GIRM no. 111) which precedes it, but (ibid. no. 91) seems incorrect since I was taught that ibid. signifies "in the same place."  I think it should have been Loc cit. no. 91.  Of course, Logos is constrained by what is in the print text.
