BUG: CBV not copying all of selection

If selecting a passage in a bible window and press Ctrl+F10 CBV show up but the selection in CBV is shorter. Last verse/verses in selection is not selected in CBV.

If the selected passage in bible window ends with the end of paragraph CBV sometime (not often) select first verse in the next following paragraph.

This is not a good behaviour.

I am able to reproduce this in 4.0a SR-3, and have reported it.
