Recent Purchases not showing up on iOS App

Recent purchases are not showing up on my iOS apps. I am away from my PCs. Do books have to be downloaded and them added to the desktop app first, before they are added to the iOS library?

Nope. Completely unrelated. Sometimes I purchase a book, immediately pick up my iPad, open the app and open the book... less than a minute total.

Recent purchases are not showing up on my iOS apps.

Have you verified that the resources are "mobile enabled"? When was the last time you did a full reinstall (not suggesting that yet)? Have you killed the app and done full shut down of the device?

    No they are independent.

Sometimes there is a delay but it seems to have been happening quickly recently.

Any particular resources you are having issues with?

Never mind, they were not being properly sorted by "recent". I found them by searching for them.

You didn't have it sorted by "recent," or they weren't showing up as "recent"? If the later, which app? The behavior is different, I believe, in Vyrso and Bible!. Vyrso is supposed to put new purchases at the top... I don't think Bible! is supposed to do that.

This is correct - resources purchased through vyrso.com should now appear at the top of the Library in the Vyrso app (when sorting by Recent).

Kevin - is this the case with the current stable release, which I assume is relevant here?

Oops, sorry about that... it's working in the 4.5.1 beta version but not the stable version.  The fix will be in the next stable.

Not trying to hijack the thread (much), but what is the best/fastest way to do this? So far the only two ways I know are (1) looking at the product listing page on the Logos/Vyrso website and (2) seeing if there is a "Download to" section included in a book's "Resource Information" on the desktop version. I noticed today that my library can be sorted based on "Devices," but this is only capable of telling me which books are or are not downloaded to mobile devices, not which books lack the capability to be downloaded.

It was Bible, I don't even have the Vyrso app installed on my iPad any longer.

Number 1. Number 2 isn't a reliable method because there are resources which ARE mobile enabled but you aren't allowed to manage from L6. (Mostly Zondervan titles from Vyrso)

The "devices" column in the L6 library is intended to show you the download resources for each app.... So the behavior you see is the expected behavior.

i don't think Bible! will have the ability to see newly purchased resources. I can see why you would want it (I would too!) but I hope it isn't accompolished via "recent". I want that strictly for recently used / viewed.
