Loading free resources into Logos 4.0

I'm new at using Logos - I'm finding free resources at places like stilltruth.com.  Can I load these free resources (like the entire collection of John Wesley or John Newton) into Logos 4.0?  Also, can I load pdf's into my resource library in Logos 4.0?
