Logos 6 Training Manuals Pre-Pub and shipping charges

I just checked my invoice for the Logos 6 Training Manual Vols. 1 & 2 and discovered I have been charged shipping. The Pre-Pub orders were supposed to be shipped for free. I guess I will be calling customer service tomorrow.

If you ordered it on Pre-Pub you might want to check your invoice.

I too have a $5 credit to my account after notification of the training manuals shipment. On the assumption this is related to the "glitch", in my opinion, I must applaud Faithlife for any one or more of the following :

1) subtly redressing the error before making a formal announcement; Clever ! [;)]

2) causing enough hype and awareness to the product; Clever ! clever !! [;)] [;)]

3) monetary wise, it's a $3 backward and $5 forward scenario wherein Faithlife marketing has gotten those of us who places order of the training manuals with a net $2 hitch to purchase future resource. Clever ! clever !! clever !!! [;)] [;)] [;)]

In any event, thank you Faithlife/Logos for the net $2 credit. [Y]

Ah, I just discovered that $5 credit too. But there was no record of when that credit went through. It would be nice to have some notification, either a transaction on our Orders page or an email, or both. Otherwise it could easily go unnoticed.
