Loading Logos 4

I have upgraded from Logos 3 to 4 and now I can't even get into any part of the system....it doesn't even let me get past my email and password....... I received the cd's today and nothing will download....

Has anyone dealt with this yet?

    So you put in the cd from logos 4 and nothing happened at all? 

    When you got to the screen after installing the "prerequistes" and the "software"....Is that where your not getting past the email and password?

    Did your L4 work OK for a while and then this happened?

    Can you get it to start as here http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_Not_Starting ie. load to a blank layout?
