Hi Logos bible app just updated ,now it will not work How do I fix this with out loosing all the downloaded books Mick
What version of the Logos app are you running? There have been no updates to the stable version in quite a while - are you running the beta version? The version is shown in the Help menu.
Hi It's not the beta I click the bible icon , the app starts showing a blank window Then a small window pop's up unfortunately ,bible has stopped The app was working before play store said their was an update
The only Google Play store update we did today was for the beta version 4.5.0 (build 415) which indicates that you are running the beta. We haven't updated the stable version in weeks.
When the error window comes up a new window asks if I want to Sand a error report back to logos which I did
This is an Android error message, not a Logos one; we don't receive those error reports.
I recommend you remove the app and install it again from the Google Play store, making sure that you are getting version 4.4.7 and not version 4.5.0. The stable version 4.4.7 was published January 26, 2015 (please see screenshot).
