Suggestion re PRA Default

The PRA dropdown always defaults to "All Parallel Resources", even if one or more collections exist.  I would suggest the default be to one of the user-defined collections.  If users have defined a PRA collection with a resource in it, then they probably expect to use that PRA collection and not the Logos all inclusive one.  I end up having to go in and uncheck the default every time before I start arrowing though the collection.

    Agree - usually All Parallel Resources appears on page 2 and I have to go back to page1. So a default on the first page is best.

    This should be fixed in Beta 6.
