Visual Copy Artwork Reduced?

I've been using visual copy to create single-verse quotes for Bible study materials I'm printing. Today I noticed that when quoting the ESV, I get a very limited range of options for artwork in Visual Copy, although if I quote a preacher or other writer, I am given more quotes.

I'd like to have all the options available for each visual copy instance. Right now, I can cut-and-paste my Scripture verse into a visual copy window, but it would be nice to see all the options all the time.

there are "author" and "resource" specific templates which may explain what you are (not) seeing.

    Thanks for the thought, Scott.

The idea for Visual Copy is that it selects the most relevant templates based on what you selected. Most people seem to like that feature, but I see you want more freedom.

As a workaround, you can do either: 1) go to Tools > Visual Copy from the main application toolbar. When you don't start from a selection, the tool doesn't try to guess what you want to do, so it just shows you everything. Or 2) if you've already started from a selection, you can override the automatic template selection by clicking the "Change" link next to "from selection" at the top of the template list, which will show a search input. If you type "*" you'll see everything, or if you type something else, like "blue" or "mountain" you may find a template you know you already like.

In either case, you'll have to copy and paste the selection into the template manually.
