Report of strange (lack of) sync problem

https://community.logos.com/forums/t/102718.aspx describes a problem with Notes on both MacBook and iPad synching to logos.documents.com but not from there - resulting in duplicate notes files being created.

It reminds me of https://community.logos.com/forums/t/101763.aspx - but I know that was a very different environment.

Kevin / someone else from Faithlife - are you able to comment on this at all?
