What happened to the visual copy?
I ran the update today for Logos, then I went back to creating some slides for Sunday and the ESV template and the purple template are gone. Can someone help me with this? What can I do to get them back. I have half a presentation in a template that has disappeared. I really like them. Thanks.

Is this the purple scheme you are talking about?
In Visual Copy they are not templates as much as they are graphic schemes. Not all verses and passages include the same schemes.

This is a cloud based service. Perhaps there is an issue there.

It appears that different books of the bible... or at least different genres.... have different templates. Am I right that you WERE in the gospels, and now you are somewhere else?

As of this morning, the templates are back up. I do think it was a Logos server issue as mentioned since this feature is cloud based. Thanks for all the input.

Are you SURE? I am not seeing them. Did you read my other thread? It appears to me that there are themes for various genres of Scripture... If you are in the Gospels you will see purple... but if you are in other genres you will see a different color.
If you were always and only in the Gospels and could not see the purple theme, perhaps your issue was just the servers... I was able, however, to see the theme the entire time.

you are correct about the themes being limited to types of scripture, but my issue was that I was using the purple with the gospels and yesterday afternoon that stopped. Other templates that had been there were missing as well, for the same genre. So my issue was not about the genre it was about missing templates. They are back today so I do believe, for me, it was a server thing.

Too bad that we can't download this feature and it must be reserved to the cloud. I travel and work and sometimes I cannot get a wifi connection. It would be handy at times.
