Hang (Freezing)

This has been happening a number of times as I try to access and use the Passage Guide.

When I go to paste in a comment from a commentary onto a verse and I go to mark the Commentary as helpful, or try to open another commentary, is when it freezes.3264.LogosLogs.chrisclark.20150327-052621.zip

    Welcome to the forums. Sorry I don't speak Mac so although I can read the error messages, I'm not positive of the cause. A Mac user  should be along soon.

    Could not find any reference to this error in the forums. A similar error was reported in September 2014, but Bradley said it was unimportant. Yours is different in that you report that the application is freezing. Now freezing can be a relative term, so let me ask a question of two to clarify your problem.

    How long does it stay frozen? Do you have a spinning beach ball (or pizza)? Are you using the note field in the Passage Guide?

    Perhaps Dave, Bama, KS4J, or Bradley will come along and shed some more light on this issue. Afraid it is a bit over my tech head.

    I've seen a similar log but this needs the expertise of a FL Tech. However it would be useful to collect a Sample to email to Tech Support as per Step 3 at https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/report-problem.
