Only Custom Plans Display on the App's "Home" Page
I notice only my custom reading plans are now showing up on the app’s “Home” page. I have 9 reading plans, 6 of which are based on Logos resources (Vyrso books included). Of the 3 reading plans based on personal books, two are generated and one is a custom plan; the custom plan is showing up on the “Home” page - I don’t know why; it’s not like I can access the personal book from the app.
Of the 6 Logos-resource based plans, only 4 are showing up, all of them custom plans; the two generated plans are no longer displayed. The last time I remember seeing them on the “Home” page is this past Friday (The two plans are based on the ESV translation and John Piper’s A Godward Life.)
Any thoughts? I’m running the latest version of the iOS app.
(This issue is not unique to the iOS app; it's the same on my Android device.)

I can reproduce this on iOS - the plan shows up with a "Resource unavailable" message. This looks like a bug

They do sometimes disappear - and I have never managed to explain why.
Are they available to add back in if you tap the "+" symbol at the top-right of the homepage and select "Bible Reading Plan"?

Yes, they're now back! Thanks for the tip - I wasn't even aware of this "+" option.

On the Home page there's an option to remove the plan - does it just stop the plan from displaying on the Home page, or does it delete the plan totally? I would rather the custom plan for the personal book not show up at all.

The Remove option simply removes it from the homepage.
You can delete the plan - go to the Documents menu, find the Plan, swipe right and select Delete. However, this will delete it totally and, when synced to your desktop environment, will delete the plan there as well
I think the Remove option is what you need here.
