Question: Highlighting in Reading View?

Is it possible to highlight in reading view? It seems like it would be a real pain to exit reading view every time you want to highlight something.

    You should be able to do it using keyboard shortcuts if you have them set up for your highlights.

    Or If you have multiple monitors you could float the highlight palette on one.

    Not at my computer at the moment so can't check
