Is there any way to find out how much you owe on you payment plan in total without speaking to customer service? They are closed today.

If you go to your account, then look under "orders" there is a left hand option for "payment plans" which will tell you.

Yes. Click on your name in the top right corner. In the drop down menu, click on account settings. Under payment plans it will show how many payments you have left and how much per month those payments are.
- Multiply the number of payments remaining by the amount of the monthly payment.
- Multiply the number of payments by the $5 administration fee.
- Subtract the sum of the administration fees (#2) from the sum off all remaining payments (#1)
- The remaining sum should be your balance.
