Okay...here's the deal. If you happen to be the first person to encounter a CP, please proceed with caution--and remember that you could end up wasting a lot of people's money with a haphazard or thoughtless click.
Many CPs close at the $2 per title range. Only special kinds of resources require higher bids. There is no reason on earth that a $30-something dollar bid should be placed for 8 piddly commentaries. The bidding process will actually go much, much faster if a lower bid is placed because far more people will see the CP as a deal that's too good to pass up. And, best of all, it saves people money. There's nothing noble about bidding higher--Bob has said more than once he doesn't care how low the price is as long as the cost is covered. GO WITH THAT!
The price to bid on this is $19. If enough people will bid $19 dollars now on this, before the sheep herd mindlessly bids up the current peak, we can get a new, cheaper peak established and get this into production ASAP. There are some interesting titles here, especially the one that compares the MT and LXX texts. Also, the first book in the collection, written by a Jewish author, bears promise, as well. This package is worth having, but it's worth even more if we can all save more in the process. Please bid $19.
