BWS Textual Search yields no results
Logos 6.2 RC-1 Mac OS 10.10.2
Tried this with several Greek words, and all returned "No Results." All other transactions worked correctly. Same lack of results with either My BWS or with the Logos default BWS.

May I guess corrupted index? That seems to handle lots of search problems[:P] Or a bit more seriously, I would wonder about a corruption in a lemma db. Do the logs indicate a possibility of either of these?

Had a problem with lemma searches earlier this week. This seems corrected by rebuilding the Bible index. Tried the Windows troubleshooting attempt of restarting the computer, but textual searches still return "no results."
Cleared the logging folder, opened Logos to a blank layout, ran BWS for ἀκούω, shut down and took logs.

Restarted Logos to open BWS window and took sample during textual search. The search terminated with no results just prior to the end of sampling.

Don't know how relevant this may be, but I am getting some web connection errors, and the last few beta releases have failed automatic download. Earlier this week, Time Warner suffered a connection failure at my end of the street, leaving us without cable, internet and telephone for 24+ hours. everything seemed normal after service was restored. In any case, the beta channel update failures preceded this outage.
I know this is more than you asked, but I'm trying to include as much relevant information as I can for those who are more technically savvy than I am.
More than likely, 80% of all this has nothing to do with the textual search failure. Must leave the house later this morning. Will initiate rebuild index when I do this as I will be gone for several hours.

Rebuilding Index command did the trick. BWS now returns search results as designed.
