Logos 6 crash

I am running the release of
6.1.0.38 and am running in to this error direct copy from the event logs

For crash context, humanly would like to look at Logos diagnostic log files.

We are unable to gather crash logs, the software will attempt to start and then error out right away. In the above post it came straight out Wiindows event viewer

If there are no logs after starting Logos with CTRL key held i suggest you contact Tech Support as they can diagnose the issue on your machine.
